To ensure project success, the Client agrees to provide necessary access to social media accounts, ad managers, and brand assets in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in adjusted project timelines.
Clients agree to pay the fees set forth in the individual Service Agreement or Proposal. Monthly retainers are due in advance of the service month. Prash.in reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not received by the due date.
For Meta Ads management services, we offer a performance-based claim: In the event that a campaign fails to generate a positive Return on Investment (ROI) on ad spend, Prash.in will provide continued management services at no additional service cost to the Client. This complimentary service period will remain in effect until the value of the generated results equalizes and settles the initial ad spend.
Note: This guarantee applies only to our service fees and does not include the actual ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Meta), which remains the responsibility of the Client.
All services provided by Prash.in are digital and creative in nature, involving significant labor and intellectual resources. As such, we maintain a strict policy where all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced or a billing cycle has started.
Upon final payment, the Client owns the rights to the creative content produced specifically for them (e.g., logos, websites, edited videos). Prash.in retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
For professional photography and videography, the Client is responsible for ensuring the location is accessible and prepared at the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Prash.in acts as a strategic partner. While we strive for excellence and lead the conversation through data-driven results, we do not guarantee specific third-party platform algorithm changes or external market fluctuations that may impact performance.
Either party may terminate a month-to-month service agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
By engaging with Prash.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.
